How Configure A Router Fast And Easily By RouterConfigurationCenter

Configuring a router is as simple as having a coffee.. Lemme give the step by step procedure to it.

1. Open the box and take out the router.
2. Connect the WAN cable from ISP (Internet Service Provider) to your desktop or laptop, check whether you could able to connect to the internet.. If you can move on to next step or else call your ISP and inform about it.
3. Now remove the WAN cable from your desktop and connect it to the router.
4. Power the router, and connect the router and your desktop or laptop using LAN cable.
5. Open the browser in your system and type 192.168.1.1 in the URL column and press enter.
6. Now you'll be asking for user name and password for entering into your router. By default the user name and password both are admin. If you using Cisco router leave the username blank and give password as admin.
7. Now you entered into your router setup page, go to the setup tab in it. And give the username and password which your ISP have you in it, to avoid login page everyone you power it on.. Once it's done save the settings.
8. Now power off your router as well as your system. Wait for ten seconds and power it on.
9. First turn on the router then your pc, check for internet light in your router and browse all you want.
10. If you're using Wi-Fi router I'll recommend you to use WPA2 security settings for encrypting your network.
